New Geo Burrito Location Almost Open!
If you haven't tried the mouth-watering burritos at Geo Burrito yet, then head to their new location this Friday!
Opened in Beaumont in March of 2009, Geo Burrito is a casual restaurant with a laid-back, eclectic atmosphere featuring authentic, hand-crafted Mexican fare. Geo Burrito’s primary offering is burritos, which customers order cafeteria-style allowing them to customize their meal by choosing burrito size and type of tortilla, then choosing its filling from a selection of meats, cheeses, beans, vegetables and sauces. Consequently there are tons of different combinations of ingredients that can appeal to any customer.
Tortilla options include flour, wheat, low-carb wheat, jalapeno cheese and spinach. Additional ingredients include cilantro-lime or brown rice, black-vegetarian or pinto-charro beans, shredded cheddar or Monterey-jack cheeses, fie-roasted corn and shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce. Burrito creations can then be topped with fresh, made from scratch toppings including pico de galo, red salsa, salsa verde with fresh tomatillo peppers, ranch dressing, barbeque sauce, jalapenos, dairy fresh sour cream, guacamole, queso and fire-roasted peppers and onions. Geo Burrito’s calling card, however, is the quality of its meats that are freshly charbroiled all day every day. Options include Cuban style white meat chicken, marinated skirt steak and braised pulled pork.
Mexican favorites such as tacos, quesadillas, nachos, “burrito bowls” which are burritos without a tortilla, and salads can be also be customized with a choice of meats or made vegetarian.
Catering is available for any occasion, pick up or delivered and can include even include a full service burrito line. Individual burrito boxes with a burrito, chips, salsa and a cookie or large burrito trays are great for lunchtime office meetings or for family gatherings or parties.
The new Beaumont restaurant is the third location for the Beaumont-based corporate office. Additionally, the owners of Geo-Burrito also own the Novrozsky’s Restaurants now with five locations in Southeast Texas and also Jason's Deli. The co-founder and CEO of Jason's Deli, Joe Tortorice is the principal owner of Geo Burrito. The first Geo Burrito is located at the old Novrozsky's location on Calder and Lucas.
Open Sunday thru Thursday 10:30- 10:00, and Friday and Saturday 10:30-11:00.
